I've had a good experience at the one in Auburn, WA. but I went to the Stadium District Sport Clips and fortunately hair grows back. I requested clipper on bottom and sides and a trim on top and blended in with sheers. I received a military crew cut. Absolutely horrible. The stylist knew it was so bad that he didn't charge me. The stylist didn't listen or didn't know what he was doing because my directions were clear. Fortunately for my head of hair moving forward; I won't be back or recommend this Sport Clips.

So, I received a free haircut coupon from my mother recently. She just went through spinal surgery and is currently immobilized, not being able to preform basic daily activities such as grabbing something from a top shelf. With that being said I am a "stay-at-home son" helping her with her every need. Sadly, that doesnt pay the bills. So I have an interview set up for a night position that way we can stay afloat during these hard times. Which brings us to the necessity of this haircut. On the coupon itself, it states that a valid ID is required for new comers. I mustve overlooked this information prior to arriving at the store location because my wallet was recently stolen along with other valuable items from my car. Therefore I did not have any form of identification on my persons.. When i got there, i was greeted warmly by everyone on staff, signed in, and sat in the waiting area for the next available stylist. When my spot in line had come up, I informed Yoko, the stylist about my dilemma. Instead of turning me away, she contacted her manager Kristi and allowed me to speak with her. Im so thankful for her because she was completely understanding of what I was going through and allowed me to continue along with the haircut anyway! Now i have a much better chance at getting the job because i look presentable. The haircut itself took no time at all. Yoko was so gentle with me and graceful with the whole process. She didnt do anything i didnt want and took care with how i felt through every step of the way. I felt welcome and will definitely recommend anyone and everyone to go there! Thank you to everyone involved.
